The Short Answer
3 to 6 Months.
Puppies lose baby teeth starting at 12 weeks. All adult teeth should be in by 6 months. Provide frozen carrots or toys to soothe gums.
Retained Teeth
If baby teeth don't fall out, the vet may extract them during spay/neuter.
